Mr. Isaiah

With over 13 years of dance experience, Isaiah has a passion for sharing his love of dance.  Isaiah has been on competitive dance teams for 8 years and was a director for a SoCal competitive junior dance team called unofficial and trained professionally as a member of The Lab during his high school years. Isaiah has had the opportunity to compete in dance competitions like Bridge, World of Dance LA, Maxt Out, SoCal Collab, and so much more. At the age of 18 Isaiah decided to move from SoCal to San Francisco for college at San Francisco State University. Since then, Isaiah has been sharing their love of dance by teaching all around the bay and currently teaches at Oakland’s Fullout Studios and is a member of the studio's adult professional dance team INQ.

Isaiah’s main focus on dance is movement exploration. Isaiah’s class focus is body awareness and exploring new ways to move our bodies while building confidence for performance! Growth through exploration! Isaiah wants to make sure that his classes are a safe space for all dancers to grow and express themselves. Isaiah also hopes to use their experience in the dance industry to help push dancers to the next level while all still having fun! Isaiah is super excited to start teaching at DAU and can’t wait to start a new journey!
