Start your Dance Journey at DAU
Our Adult Dance program is offered to our 18+ dancers who want to start or continue their dance journey. We offer adult Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Lyrical/Contemporary, Tap, Jazz Funk, Breakdance, and K-Pop classes. Adults can join in on the fun and no prior dance experience is necessary. Choose from any of these beginner/intermediate level dance classes to enjoy weekly time with your fellow adult dance peers.

Adult Dance Polices
Drop in Classes
Drop in classes are available to our adult program only. This options is best for adults who have an unpredictable schedule, and can not commit to a class every week. Our drop in classes are priced at $30 a class. Prior reservation is required, as drop ins are on a first come first serve basis, based off of available space in the studio.

1 class/week: $102
2 classes/week: $191
3 classes/week: $280
4 classes/week: $364
5 classes/week: $443
6 classes/week: $518
*Add $45 per month for each additional class (over 6 classes).
Dress Code
Hip Hop : Comfortable clothing that you can move in. No jeans or No crocs please. Comfortable sneakers.
All other styles: Form fitting, comfortable clothing that you will be able to move in. Correct shoes are required for class. No denim bottoms allowed of any kind.
DAU Adult Fitness Classes with Christina:
Monday/Wednesday 8:30-9:30 AM Body Sculpt/Core Conditioning: An all-level class using weights, bands and body weight to build muscle and tone.
Wednesday 9:30-10:30 AM Step Class: An all-level step class to build up cardio strength.
Friday 8:30 AM Pilates: An all-level mind-body class that strengthens core, tones entire body, helps with stability and balance and promotes postural alignment.
Tuition for Fitness Classes:
We offer a 10-class card for $150.00.
