Ms. Kass

Ms. Kass

Kass began dancing at a young age, starting with beginner classes in various dance styles such as ballet, jazz, and hip-hop for fun. When she discovered K-pop in 2018, what started as learning fun choreography in her room became a passion that developed over the next couple of years. Through her time at Silver Creek High School in San Jose, Kass enrolled in her school's jazz and modern dance elective for 3 years, eventually becoming a teaching assistant for first-year classes. Kass also served on the officer board of her school's K-pop club as Historian and Vice President in her last two years, teaching and leading students how to get into the world of K-pop dance and choreography. She developed a love for guiding others through something she was strongly passionate about and hopes to continue doing so.

Kass is currently a dedicated member of "KDC De Anza", De Anza College's Korean Dance Club, and the Bay Area K-pop dance group "ECLIPSE." As a self-taught dancer, Kass is inspired to keep improving in the world of dance and support others along the way through teaching classes at DAU for all levels of dancers.
