Ms. Nicole

Ms. Nicole comes to DAU with training in all classical dance styles but has a strong focus on ballet. Growing up in Colorado, she trained extensively with the International Ballet School and National Ballet Academy of Denver. She performed with the former Ballet San Jose as a dancer in the company and has been a Guest Artist with many ballet companies and schools including Western Ballet, Cassand Ballet and Peninsula Ballet Theater.

Ms. Nicole has experience teaching all levels of ballet throughout the Bay Area at dance schools including Western Ballet, Academy of American Ballet, Mission Dance & Performing Arts, Academy of Classical Ballet, and Menlo Park Academy of Dance. She is also passionate about introducing dance to young children and is the founder of First Position Dance which offers on-site dance classes to preschools, kindergartens, and elementary schools.

Ms. Nicole received her B.S. in Business Administration & Finance from SJSU, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She also completed a 450 hour pilates training and is a NCPT® certified pilates instructor.
